Common questions
What does it cost to sell my home with you?
You choose between a fixed fee, commission or an hourly rate. After the appraisal you get a written quote listing every cost, before you decide.
Where in Bergen do you sell homes?
We sell homes all over Bergen, from Åsane in the north to Fana in the south. Outside the municipality we only take listings where we know the market.
Who runs the viewings?
The same agent who did the appraisal runs the viewings and leads the bidding. You are never handed over to an assistant.
How soon is my home on the market?
Usually three to four weeks from appraisal to the first viewing. By then the home has been prepared, photographed and listed.
